Current Position and Responsibilities:
Associate Vice President of
University Services.
Since 1999, Hailey has been the Associate Vice President of University
Services. He is responsible for the negotiation and management of
University-wide service agreements for such areas as dining services,
bookstores, cellular towers and phone service, banking services, travel
services and others. In addition, he is responsible for the oversight and
management of Student Affairs capital projects currently in progress on the
Universitys Uptown campus as well as for the development and management of
technology and communication plans for the Division of Student Affairs.

Previous Experience:
From 1993 through 1999, Hailey served as the Assistant
Dean and Director of the Stewart Center for Executive Education in the A.B.
Freeman School of Business at Tulane. This position included the
development and management of executive programs in Louisiana as well as
Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Taiwan and China.
Education and Training:
Master of Business Administration from Tulane
University; Master of Science in Sports Administration from the University
of Southern Mississippi; and
Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor
University.

National Association of College
Auxiliary Services (NACAS), National Association of Student Personnel
Administrators (NASPA), National Association of College and University Food
Services (NACUFS).
